
1 package of puff pastry ready
100 g of diced provolone (or other cheese)
1-2 apples 1 egg to brush
mixed pepper
Peel (or not as you like), remove the core and cut an apple.
Unroll the pastry and with a cutter formed of squares.
Spread over each square and the diced provolone over small pieces of apple, pepper.
Then arrange the squares in a pan lined with parchment, brush them with beaten egg, place in preheated oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes. Serve warm, very good as a starter!
